As an enthusiastic and motivated individual with more than nine years of experience in academic records management and student / faculty support—as well as excellent communication talents and a commitment to achieving organizational goals—I would be a valuable asset to the team in this role.
My background includes managing and organizing detailed student academic records, collecting and analyzing data, generating and analyzing reports, and liaising with cross-functional departments while ensuring full compliance with confidentiality and privacy laws such as FERPA. With strong inner motivation, an outgoing and friendly demeanor, and superior organization talents, I am prepared to excel in this position.
Highlights of my qualifications include…
- Providing critical support in various offices —including the Office of the Registrar’s, Student Records, Student Grades, and Academic Advisement—interacting with diverse domestic and international students and staff.
- Compiling and analyzing metrics and statistics from all units within the Registrar’s office, producing monthly reports for both internal and external usage.
- Balancing and efficiently attending to a high volume of student messages and calls with varying complexities, sensitivities, and competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Earning recognition for approaching students with welcoming and gentle care, interacting respectfully and courteously with students and colleagues, and holding an exceptional level of personal accountability; possessing outstanding customer service skills.

I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications at The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. My Master’s degree In Human Resource Management at Ashford University. I served as a Senior Financial Aid Counselor for two years and University Registrar for five years at ITT Tech Institute and Associate Registrar at The University of South Alabama for two years. I came to the United States Sports Academy in January to help out the Admissions department and I was promoted this past June to University Registrar. I also serve as the ADA Section 504 Compliance Officer, Primary Designated School Official (PDSO) and Responsible Office (RO).
