Organizational Transformation: A human-centered case study
Beginning in 2023, the Registrar’s Office at Northeastern University went through a significant re-organization that had an impact on management hierarchies, individual and team roles, and processes and technologies. In this unique session, you’ll hear from members of Northeastern’s Office of the Registrar and their transformation partner share the framework they built together to define new values, commitments, and norms in order to become a Registrar’s Office, “like no other.”
First Learning Outcome: Learn a framework for organizational transformation.
Second Learning Outcome: Learn new ways of working that could be adopted to facilitate change.
