Business Process Innovation for Scalable Online Programs
More institutions are turning to Online Program Manager (OPM) providers to deliver academic programs to the masses. Business offices, including registrars and admissions, must become more flexible in their processes through innovation and automation to meet the demands. This session focuses on how CU Boulder built a model for online degrees and certificates to be delivered via Coursera using performance-based admission, flexible enrollment, short courses and rapid grading/conferral practices.
