You Want Me to Use What? Communicating the Value and Usage of a Comprehensive Learner Record (CLR)/Co-Curricular Record (CCR)
Comprehensive learner records (CLRs) are often new concepts to students, faculty and staff. Successful implementation is greatly dependent on communication that is intentional and consistent. Referencing 4+ years of experience and student survey results, this session will explore informed strategies and approaches used to implement the Spartan Experience Record. We will discuss communication strategies for success, from defining nomenclature to adapting to student feedback to bolster engagement.
First Learning Outcome: Compare and contrast at least two communication methods and strategies used regarding CCRs/CLRs.
Second Learning Outcome: Understand how to utilize an integrated marketing theory approach when communicating with undergraduate students about CCRs/CLRs.
Third Learning Outcome: Understand the value of audience research and feedback to shape and improve communication.
