Risk-Based Quality Management in Registrar & Admission Offices
Effective quality management has to be intentional, systematic, and adaptive to changes in the nature and potential impact of risks associated with the work we do. This presentation will provide a low/no tech framework for designing and implementing a systematic, risk-based quality management program for higher education administrative departments.
