Doing More with Less: Getting Creative when Resources are Lacking
One of the perennial challenges in higher education is how to balance greater service demands and performance expectations with a reduction in budget or personnel (or both). One frequent answer is to “work smarter, not harder,” but how? Come and learn about ways to speed up common tasks with software tools, employ time management techniques like GTD or timeboxing, and how to build a strong case for more budget or more personnel. Intended primarily for small schools, but all are welcome!
