How to Talk to Your Leaders about Necessary Change at Your School
Student support practitioners may feel, because of their position within the organization, that they have no way to address larger organizational concerns and cannot talk to leaders about why change is necessary. This presentation focuses on the information needed to argue for change in the context of student-centered business needs, how to make an argument compelling to institutional leaders, and how to engage stakeholders as partners in change, particularly in resource-limited environments.
