Remote But Connected: Driving Professional Development and Team Morale
Participants will learn practical strategies to keep admissions processing staff engaged, productive, & supported in a remote work environment. The session will highlight how to balance flexible work arrangements with in-person mtgs, foster communication and professional development, use climate surveys to create a feedback loop, and establish systems of support to ensure continuity of operations while maintaining morale and productivity. Strategies presented can be applied to any remote teams.
