Strategic Leadership and Business Continuity for State & Regional Associations
Join this interactive workshop to explore strategies for maintaining continuity in State & Regional associations. In three parts—Setting the Tone, Succession Planning, and Relationship Continuity—you'll engage in small groups, roundtables, and think-pair-share activities. Ideal for current and aspiring leaders, this session will help you sustain agendas, manage transitions, and strengthen member and vendor relationships.
First Learning Outcome: Participants will develop the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage leadership transitions within their associations, ensuring ongoing progress and continuity despite varying levels of board member engagement.
Second Learning Outcome: ttendees will gain strategies for sustaining and strengthening relationships with vendors and members, fostering long-term partnerships, and enhancing member engagement through recruitment and retention efforts.
Third Learning Outcome: Participants will learn how to create and implement informal succession plans, production calendars, and standard operating procedures that maintain the momentum of strategic agendas and prepare their associations for future challenges.
