Tracking Key Metrics: An Example of a University Registrar Dashboard
Coming into a new role as the University Registrar and Director of Institutional Research, I developed a dashboard of key metrics highlighting registrar operational processes. The data show what we know and is useful in conveying information to the Gonzaga community on the work the office does.
First Learning Outcome: Participants will understand how I identified key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant data analytics.
Second Learning Outcome: Attendees will be shown how to streamline administrative processes and automate routine tasks.
Third Learning Outcome: Participants will be shown how they can manage the complex and data-intensive tasks involved in registrar operations.
