Succession Planning and Leadership Transition
In 2023, the William & Mary Associate Provost and University Registrar retired after 17 years with the university. Prior to her retirement and through the transition to new leadership, the University Registrar team engaged in strategic planning, reevaluation of organizational structure, heavy engagement in the interview and selection process, and structured onboarding. This intentional approach led to a successful transition. Join us to hear about the transition experience.
