Community College Recruitment: Gone Fishin’ for Adult Students
Community college recruiters often feel they are fishing for students with uncertainty on where they should cast their line and if they have the right equipment and bait to reel the fish to shore. This uncertainty has many doubling down on time spent in high schools. Meanwhile, the adult lake is fully stocked. In this session, we will discuss the adult recruitment strategies of Washington State College of Ohio and how they best prepare their recruitment team to fish in the right lakes, have the best equipment, and the most effective bait.
