All the Data in the World Can't Save Your SEM Plan Without Trust: How to Build and Maintain Trust for More Successful SEM Outcomes
Building and maintaining trust is a key cornerstone to a successful SEM plan, and yet, we often don’t take the time to frame our plans using the lens of trust. This session will go into the concepts of defining trust, understanding the value of trust and identifying strategies and tactics for building and maintaining trust with diverse audiences. Leveraging a case study from the University of Alberta, research, and participant engagement, this session will offer a model for building trust that can be implemented immediately to build better and more resilient SEM plans.
