Analytics for Aid: Developing Data-Informed Merit and Need-Based Programs
This breakout session showcases analytics and data management strategies from the Office of Admissions and the Division of Data & Analytics at the University of Colorado Boulder. Presenters will share how to apply predictive modeling and quasi-causal measurement methods on data sets specifically developed to help optimize financial aid programming. In all, the presentation provides practical data-driven strategies for institutions seeking to measure the effectiveness and manage the budget of their financial aid programs.
