Strategic Changes for Ambitious Goals: How Fayetteville State University Addressed Critical Challenges to Improve Retention, Persistence, and Graduation Rates
With a targeted enrollment goal of 8,000 students, by 2027, Fayetteville State University's (FSU) leadership acknowledged and implemented several critical changes to include a robust strategic enrollment management (SEM) plan, that when implemented, would produce increased retention, persistence, and graduation rates. In this session, participants will learn about the intentional and strategic organizational changes that took place on FSU's campus to include personnel, policy, processes and systems.
