Being “Student Ready”: A Plan for Enrollment Managers
The student experience remains central to the work of higher education professionals. This session will provide enrollment managers with a plan to ensure all phases of the enrollment process are “student-ready”. The discussion will detail an optimal staffing model to support students from initial interest to graduation. The strategies discussed will focus on streamlining the getting started process, enhancing proactive student outreach efforts to potential and current students, and exploring ways to eliminate barriers caused by institutional policies and procedures.
