Building a Toolbox of Enrollment Metrics at the Community College
Attendees will be presented with ideas on how to use data to set key indicators for monitoring enrollment trends, estimating projections and reviewing just-in-time data to inform tactics along the enrollment cycle. From daily reports and fancy Excel spreadsheets to the development of Tableau dashboards, our team was within 1% of estimating our credit hours for the 23-24 academic year. This nuts and bolts session will equip you to collaborate with your colleagues across divisions to begin leveraging data-informed insights toward sustainable enrollment health.
