Building The Plane While You're Flying It: Leadership During A Merger and Times of Ambiguity

How can you provide effective leadership during times of uncertainty? In 2023, Montclair State University, a public doctoral research institution, merged with Bloomfield College, a small, private, Jesuit institution. This session will share lessons learned from merging two very different campuses from technical and strategic enrollment management perspectives, as well as key takeaways for providing leadership during times of ambiguity - whether it be a merger, changes in campus leadership, or navigating new regulations.
