SEM Implementation, Development, and Tracking Processes: Our Progress and the Hurdles We Have Faced

We will share information about the creation and implementation of our initial Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan. Developing our first SEM plan has been challenging but an essential step in achieving our long-term goals of supporting our students. During the presentation, we will outline how our Strategic Plan influenced the development of our SEM plan, the tracking/reporting systems we utilize, as well as some of the obstacles we've faced and the achievements we've made along the way!

First Learning Outcome: Learn how we implemented our first SEM Council and created SEM plan from our Strategic Plan. 

Second Learning Outcome: Gain insight into our SEM structure, meetings, and tracking system we utilize.

Third Learning Outcome: Obtain information on the way we broke our SEM plan into Objectives, strategies, and tasks (In progress, immediate, and long-term) goals.
