Practicing Policy: Being Proactive in a Reactive Environment
Ever find yourself running into a concern when it comes to enforcing policy and having to always be in a reactive state? This session aims to review the lengths that Yale University School of Nursing has gone through with stakeholder buy-in, annual reviews, and the implementation of policy practice. This session will give best practice procedures in reviewing institutional policies to allow for future success in proactively reinforcing them rather than always being in a reactive state.
