Centralizing Graduate Admissions: Opportunities and Challenges
In August 2021 all graduate programs were centralized. Many processes were streamlined to improve the admission process such as auto-matriculation, enrollment checklists, documentation review, releasing admission letters for the programs, and creating a communication plan to increase application generation, completion, and yield. As a result, we saw an increase in applications, admits, and enrolled students in addition to helping the international student population enroll quicker and easier.
