Cyberattacks are a growing problem in higher education. Both the University of Michigan and Stephen F. Austin State University experienced one last year. It took all systems offline, including the Wifi, SIS, email, and other critical systems. Join leaders from these two universities as they share stories and lessons learned on contingency planning and communication. We'll discuss practical issues presented to or anticipated by enrollment management leadership following a cyberattack.
