LGBTQ Leadership in Higher Education: A Panel Discussion with Enrollment Leaders

This session will focus on the effects of heterosexism and heteronormative bias on the practice and participation of LGBTQ leaders in enrollment-related positions at institutions of higher education. The session will consist of a panel discussion based on LGBTQ Leadership in Higher Education, by Raymond E. Crossman, reviewed in College & University Journal, Spring, 2023.
