Coping Strategies to Combat Destructive Leadership Behaviors
Destructive leadership behaviors in higher education can impact employees, students, and the institution. If employees are not equipped with coping mechanisms, destructive leadership can negatively impact employee well-being. In this session, we will define destructive leadership and provide information on coping strategies that best serve higher education professionals’ needs. Through informal conversation, participants can share stories of their experiences and can learn from each other.
