Collaborative Assessment and Strategic Planning

Involving your entire team in assessment and strategic planning can lead to a more successful, dynamic, and informed strategic plan. When staff participate in that process it can also result in higher levels of engagement, position ownership, performance, trust, and buy-in. This session will share methods to engage your team in the strategic planning and assessment process. The presenters will share their personal experiences, outcomes, tools, and lessons learned along the way.
