Bias effects everything we do; it's human nature. As enrollment professionals, we are tasked with the huge responsibility of not only shaping an incoming class, but an entire college campus. Balancing bias and how it impacts our admissions strategies will be important in creating living-learning communities of college students. Upon completion of this session, attendees will have a better understanding of what bias is and how to reduce its impact on our work.
