We often hear that “enrollment is everyone’s job,” but, too often, core functions of enrollment happen in silos. At The University of Texas at El Paso, our collaborative partnership is present in everyday work, stemming from cross-divisional planning and cooperative implementation. This session, co-led by Enrollment Management and Academic Affairs, discusses the importance of collaborating to mobilize teams, create shared visions, and align work throughout the life cycle of the student.
