Creating an SEM ecosystem where enrollment is a campus-wide responsibility can be a model that helps meet enrollment targets where limited resources exist. This session will present examples of how California State University, Fullerton, a large four-year public institution with an enrollment of 40,000 students, continues to meet enrollment targets despite limited resources. Examples of how various divisions within the campus take on a role in SEM to meet enrollment targets will be shared.
