For many small colleges, athletics plays an important role in its enrollment and retention strategy, especially as the general student enrollment declines. Additionally, the shift in athletic association processes has created a perception that SA are moving institutions on a whim. This session will examine trends in SA enrollment & retention, and examine how JV programs are fitting into this mix. Lastly, we’ll discuss strategies for fitting athletics into your enrollment and retention plans.
