Enrollment is vital to institutions. The staff and operations in an admissions office provide the critical work required to meet institutional enrollment targets. This session will demonstrate the benefits of an admissions office review, what is included in an admissions office review, best practices, KPIs, and why the report can benefit the institution in potentially making needed updates and/or changes. Following the written report, recommendations will be made on next steps and assessment.
