Learn how the University of Texas at Austin identified and reviewed student barriers such as holds, fostering an engaged dialogue with campus partners to understand their interaction with holds impacting students, while unearthing quantitative data, in an effort to develop strategies to help reduce holds being viewed as a barrier. Development of recommendations and how university leadership interacted with them will also be discussed.
