Total student enrollment has declined across the California State University System, the nation’s largest and most diverse public university system. The responsibility of recruiting high quality applicants extends beyond the Admission team, and now involves all members of the university, including faculty. At California State University, Fullerton (CSUF), a pilot study was conducted to explore the impact of faculty outreach effort, and the positive, preliminary findings will be presented.
