The consequences of the pandemic and its aftermath have highlighted the need for higher education to identify ways of staying solvent while also focusing on increasing student success. In response to these pressures, California Lutheran University implemented a new, multi-office response to proactively reimagine and reposition registration holds to increase retention while also resolving the majority of those holds. This session will discuss the process undertaken as well as the results.
