The American "Big Quit," "Great Reshuffle," or "Great Resignation" has been a phenomenon that has touched every industry, including higher education. Staff shortages have negatively impacted student recruitment and retention efforts.
In a recent mixed-methods study, the presenter examined work engagement characteristics of enrollment middle managers. Results provide invaluable insights that can be leveraged by leaders to bolster student retention efforts as it relates to adequate staffing.
