Developing and executing SEM plans can be challenging when we face a high volume of work, complex processes, and competing priorities. While we don’t have a magic wand, we can build our ability to clearly identify our goals, assess our alignment, and encourage commitment, which can help us tackle the challenges ahead. In this session, we will share the Center for Creative Leadership’s Direction, Alignment, and Commitment leadership framework, activities, and tools in an interactive session.
