Recently, scholars have turned their attention to the potential impacts of reviewer and systemic bias within holistic review frameworks. This session will explore the research gap that exists regarding potential reviewer bias and master's level holistic review. Additionally, using critical methodologies, it will incorporate lived experience of higher education professionals into the analysis of to what extent decision-making propagates biased master’s admission outcomes.
