At Clark University, graduate enrollment management is divided between three directors: recruitment, marketing, and admissions. The current directors have been working together over the last year to optimize the partnership specifically between recruitment and admissions. The teams have identified hand-off points from student recruitment, assisting students through the application process, over to the admission team for yield and onboarding.
