Follow up to our successful presentation last year.

During the past year, Baylor University has begun implementing a new SEM plan that brought siloed administrative offices together and began essential discussions across campus to change the future of the University.

In this session, enrollment leaders will discuss how this plan brought the campus together in new ways, discuss our successes, our failures, and what we have planned for year 2.
